Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
my time as moderator has taught me alot of skills that i will be needing to help me get admin on the first day i had no clue what i was doing now i try my best to stay on duties and help all the f1's to make the community better i have bonded with alot of the staff when i became moderator which is knowing more people in the community that will help with everyone problems etc (Shout out to Combat) i have also learnt how to use my commands wisely without mistakes improving along all the way.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
Well one of the worst was when i had to deal with a disrespectful player that was threatign the server and everyone else in it there was no admins online so i waited and gathered evidence until he was finally banned trying to keep my self as calm as i could to not lash out at him for what he was saying to me.
If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hello, Congratulations on your new rank im sure you will enjoy the great zarp community and try your best to help everyone in it. here are some of the basic's
/tp
/bring
/slap
/slay
/back
/freeze
each one of these commands are very powerful, be careful and use them wisely, /tp is used either to tp your self around the map if you just want to check around for bases that are illegal or just check whats going on in the server or even to catch any rule breakers out, it could also be used to teleport a player into the place your looking at, for example /tp jack and he will be tp'ed to the spot your looking at
/bring is pretty simple it brings the player you want to you but be careful that you dont make the mistake most mods make and only type in one letter which might tp everyone in the server too you.
/slap is pretty simple too you can choose the player you want to slap for breaking rules and what damage and how many times do NOT abuse this.
/slay again is pretty simple will kill the player you want.
/back sends the player back to where the were before they got tp'ed to you or somewhere else
/freeze this is by far one of the most usefull commands as it will stop anyone breaking rules so you can warn kick or talk to them about what they have doen without them running away or preventing them from doing more harm.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Well in my opinion if he has a really detailed and well written apology it means he really wants to be unbanned and everyone deservers a second chance so i would unban him but i would keep a really close eye on him if he gets perma banned again i will not accept appeal as he would then be damaging the community as people would think he would be trustable but he is not so therefor he would be perma banned and not unbanned.
Why I should be promoted (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I think i should be chosen as i feel zarp as a big family that i will never betray or break their trust i have alot of things zarp has taught me to trust to respect and to never give up i think that i would be a great addition to the staff team as i will be on for most of those times that the server is in need benefiting all the layers that are playing for example banning a massive prop spammer that is lagging the server when no-one is on the ban him and i will devote my admin and prove to the admins that chose me it was a good choice and that it did benefit to the community alot giving support to moderators and helping them out when in need, i will also try and organise events which will make it more fun for the people that enjoy the tdm events that i could perhaps host every week to spice the server up abit and have one of the best event hosting servers out there which will attract alot more players into our community!
