If you do not wish to read the long version of my feedback, I suggest you read this version to see where and how you should/can improve yourself to become better qualified for this position.
To start off, you made the app look nice and clear using a simple bbcode instead using bright colors that hurt people's vision, thanks for that. (+ Support)
On the other hand, I think you need to work more on the moderator training email, maybe include how to reverse a certain command like the /unfreeze command. Moreover, you didn't explain about the F1 system, the logs nor the keypad checker. The moderator email training should teach the moderator reading all the things you learned when you got moderator. Carrying on to the gametracker link you posted, I don't think you have adopted back to the server after some time of being away. I say this while keeping in mind that gametracker is not accurate and you probably have a bit more play time than 58 minutes.(- support)
Your playtime on the other hand is more than enough to give you enough experience to be able to handle this position.(+ Support)
I've only met you once on the steam and had a little chat with you, and you seem like a very friendly, kind and helpful person, but I also haven't seen you in an F1 nor on the server to judge if you abide by the rules and if you apply them on others..

Hello, I'm replying to this Staff Application that you made, because I would like to give my feedback/opinion. This template that I've designed includes everything I need to judge you about organized properly for easy reading. Explanation of my verdicts in Part 1: Judging from your gametracker, you have been gone for some time now and have only returned not long ago. I suggest you work on your activity to show that you will stay active and not "retiring" again, because you needed a break. On the other hand you do have around 153 hours which I think is enough for you to achieve admin again judging from the fact that others got accept at a LOT less.
Moving on to your application, you bolded the questions and made the application look good but I can't but stress on the Moderator Email, you need to work on that by adding more info about the commands, how to use the keypad cracker and about the F1 system with the logs that come with it.




In this part of my feedback, I'll be determining my notion over my past experience with you. Note: If I don't know you enough I will simply keep my judgement Neutral and will not consider other players/staff's opinion unless the meeting is 6 hours due. In addition to that, I want to note to that, in the F1 Situation section, I will deduce my verdict by considering how you perform during an F1 Situation.
