TOPIC: [Bhop Super Admin] TheXnator's Application

I take feedback and I reply to it, it is the natural thing to do to reply to feedback in order to show yourself as a good candidate, you don't want to just let the negative comments sit there and make you look bad

So I've done a little bit of research but mostly just skimming through the forums to see if you've done anything for the server, for example a guide or even suggestions that can be something as little as a map.

I came up with nothing, not a single thread or suggestion (this isn't including replies to threads).

I then decided to search under the keywords feature on the forums using '[Bhop]' and set it to titles only and to only search for posts or replies from Xnator, all I found was responses to meeting outcomes.

I then tried '[Bunny Hop]' because maybe you don't title your threads '[Bhop]' and I came back with this;

Once again making sure the forums also searched for your name included in the threads or responses.


I also decided to search the actual Bunny Hop category to see if you had any posts or replies at all, and to be honest I was suprised to see there was a SINGLE thread or response by you, may I ask why that is if you're so dedicated?


I can't judge you as a staff member in game because I don't play Bunnyhop but if people who actually do play are complaining you just AFK or what not I wouldn't doubt them.

You have created a successful server Congrats! You can sit down kick your shoes off and it will run by its self, oh wait it won't, you still need to maintain the server even if there isn't any currently problems, just because there isn't anything to do, doesn't mean you don't need to do anything, you need to maintain the server to keep populated. Though I wont go on about this much as others have gone on about this already.

Now about dedication on other servers.

I only see you on 2 servers as these are the ones I play, Deathrun and SSRP meaning I'm going to comment on these servers

Deathrun - Though my activity hasn't been great due to CA's and A level exams I rarely see you on, like ever... you get your 2 hours then that's it, I understand the week PH came out you had a reason due to you being busy but all the others weeks...What's your excuse for them? You show lack of dedication to the server and Tbh I believe you are only staff on that server so you can have all the badges, which I'm not judging you for, but I really don't see a point on you being staff on there

SSRP - Again, I play this a lot more then DR, as this is the server I first played on, the same as Deathrun I rarely see you on, again showing lack of dedication to this server possible again suggesting that you are just staff for the badge, again not judging. Though I have seen you on a lot this week, it is weird that its the same week as you made you SSRP SA app but ya know, just playing for 1 week doesn't show anymore dedication.

Now when I look at these servers then I look at BHOP, I don't play BHOP, but looking at the lack of dedication you put into these servers, I do have to question, are you dedicated to this one? In my PERSONAL opinion I do not believe you are ready / you do not deserve this rank, Though I don't see eye to eye with Morgan, I would much rather see him go into Lead team, someone who will mostly likely help the server unlike you who will most likely have it for the badge


To the forum staff reading this with their remove / ban button at the ready, This is my opinion, I have only stated what I believe and is not an attack towards the Xnator at all

None the less GL and Grats with PH

Goes to meetings.
Gets his required 2 hours of activity a week, and usualy more.
Already has an hour of activity for this week, and still has 6 days to go.

What DEADMONSTOR said is correct - you messaging Morgan on Steam saying "You called him out" is not a constructive way to take feedback, in fact it is kinda mean.

However, you're a great guy. You don't necessarily always take critisism in the best way possible, but you've shown yourself capable of handling Lead Team situations and you're without a doubt an experienced Bhop staff member. If you were to get this you'll almost definitely be able to do a good job.

What can I say? You deserve your ranks, bud, but you might need to go a little slower.

Actually, I applied for SSRP SA last week, not this week. Also, I never said that I was struggling with activity, I never have done and likely never will (on the exception of when I have extra stuff happening).

Also it is true that you didn't specifically say that you were struggling to keep up, that was more my own interpretations of some other things you did tell me (the occasional comment of "Oh, I still need to get my activity up for [server x] this week").

Honestly, i think you all is being to harsh against Xnator. I dont know him as a friend, since we never talk. But i can tell you he have done some great stuff for zarp. And i think he will fit very well as SA on bhop

Now this do not mean that Xnator is powerhungry at all. I just wanna point out that he got high powers now as owner on ph and lead team on other servers, and he have not dissapointed me yet, so i cant see why not

I have no issue concerning trust anymore.

He is like any other admin, he gets activity and does his job, not much more; giving him lead team because of that means everyone else should get it too.
Sa+ is only for some people, that's why its exclusive.


As for the server you own, I'll say this time and time again; forget about all the other servers and focus on your own and those that you truly enjoy.
