You've just launched a new server. Great! Best of luck with that - everybody is trying hard and it is going extremely well right now.
And you're applying for Bhop Super Admin. Good luck once again! However, you told me yourself you're struggling to keep up with all your time and I don't believe going for two Lead Team possitions (especially not when you're already staff on every server) is a good thing. Perhaps you will be able to do a good job on both servers this week, getting high activity and helping both users and staff, but that's then. Right now I'm unsure whether that is true.
However, you're a great guy. You don't necessarily always take critisism in the best way possible, but you've shown yourself capable of handling Lead Team situations and you're without a doubt an experienced Bhop staff member. If you were to get this you'll almost definitely be able to do a good job.
What can I say? You deserve your ranks, bud, but you might need to go a little slower.

Just gonna point out here, this week was the first meeting you properly attended, and I have attended pretty much every Bhop meeting since getting staff.
Well I won't state in meeting situations, as that would be NDA, however if you go back and read my previous statement, it's also to do with your activity in the meetings. I don't really see you suggesting much on the forums either. That's not necessary, but you should offer something more to a server than the sake of having the position for having the position when someone else could use it to benefit the server on a staff level, creative level, and content level.
