Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match also known as RDM is when a player kills another player for a none RP reason

Example 1 - Some one kills me then I go back to kill him [Revenge RDM]

Example 2 - Someone calls me a donut on Steam so I find him then kill him [RDM]

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule also known as NLR is when you die you need to forget everything about your past life and you start a new one. When you have NLR you are not allowed to go back to the district you died in for 3 minutes

Exapmle 1 - I die in bank district then I go back (within that 3min) to take out my melons from bank

Example 2 - I get raided and I die then 5 minutes later I see the person walking down the streets so I shoot him [This will be classified as RDM and NLR because you don't remebrer him as "You need to forget everything about your past life"]

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would take both of them to a sit then I explain to player x that the logs only show who killed who and doesn't show the rule break and there are many RP reasons why player y could of killed him so if he can't show up any further proof then I can't do anything in that case

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
The fact that the kills are pretty close in console is not direct proof of him breaking NLR there are possible reasons for it like bank raid or just he is being killed at PD but I would definitely ask player y about what happened and if he fully understands NLR or not

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I am a friendly helpful person who loves helping other people in any ways possible
and the fact that I become an admin would help me with this. I know meny of you will say why did you resign then as many of you remember the year when you where 13 and puberty kicks in and most people do stuff that they shouldn't well this was one of those things for me that I really regret

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I was staff for 8 month+ I know how to deal with rule breakers and with people. I have clear underestimation of the rules and how they imply and also I have a clear knowledge of how the server works.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
Being a moderator is great but your are limited as you can't do key commands to catch rule breakers easily like spectate or noclip and cloak or even to jail people or ban so If you are the only staff online it is very difficult to deal with everyone and you can lose your passions very fast but I learned that just stay calms be friendly and helpful and put your best effort into it so you can say I tried everything and I succeeded

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Most important thing about your new powers:
-Always try to help people
-Don't use your powers to get an RP advantage
-Punish people fairly
-Always be nice and friendly

How to use your new powers:

F1 menu

as you see your f1 menu is different you have the option to handle f1s
Always handle f1s in order of creation (so top ones first) and never as you faver like oh that is a simple one.
If you right click on the F1 you get the option to handle it or delete it. Only delete an F1 if it is a spam.
After you handled an F1 you will get a greater option when you right click
Make sure when you finish the F1 always finish it in the menu

F6 Menu

Here you can check peoples punishments by entering their steam id

Kick: /kick [SteamID]

Only use this command if you can't do anything els eg. no Admins or + Don't kick anyone straight away
also kick is useful if someone is refuses to remove propblock
I recommend to use this command from tab but it is up to you

Unban From Job: Select the player in tab then click Unban from job then select the job

This is used when someone gets false demoted

Freeze: /freeze [name or SteamID]

Its good to stop RDMers RDA-ers etc or people from misbehaving in sit
If you do it from tab I recomend Indefinitely freeze

Slay: /slay [Name or SteamID] [silent, normal, rocket, explode]

I recomend to use it from Tab but it is again up to you
Always use silent or normal

Teleport or TP: /tp [Name or SteamID]

This command will tp the person or you where ever you are looking at
It works in the same way in Tab or in chat
I recomend to make a bind in console for this so you can tp yourself anywhere fast type this in console "bind [key eg. i] say /tp"

Goto: /goto [name or SteamID]

It tps you to the person you can also select this in F1 menu

Bring: /bring [Name or SteamID]

It is nearly the same as tp but its just tps him to you
I recommend to don't use it that much because sometimes it glitches out Back

Back: /back [name or SteamID]

It tps the player to his last location

Backspawn: /backspawn [name or SteamID]

It tps the player to spawn

Unwarn: /unwarn [name or SteamID]

It unwarns the person who might made a unwarn reqouest or been excidently warn
I recomend to use SteamID

Admin Chat: inchat   @ [text] or   /// [text]

Chat with member of staffs

Warn: /warn [SteamID or name] [reason]

Never warn without a sit and always let the person know why they are getting warned and give them a chance if they want to explain what happened and always warn using their steam id so you don't warn the wrong person
It gives a warning to the person 3 warn = kick 4 warns = 1hours Ban

Mod on Duty Job: Its a none RP job just slimply click it like you would for a normal job

Don't afk in this job and use it for F1s

Mute Chat   In tab menu

Used to mute a player if they abuse the power to use the chat eg. being racist or spaming
When you click on it you can select the time

Mute Globally    in tab menu

Used to mute a players voice communication if they abuse it eg. being racist or mic spamming
When you click on it you can select the time

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I have spoken with the staff member who banned you we read through your appeal and came to a conclusion that you put a lot of effort into your appeal and this is your first ban. We decided to shorten you ban to 1 week, in this week you will have time to read the rules and think about your actions.

I am a great person I love playing on this server I love the community and most how people help each other and I want to take a bigger part in that. As I play on the server I see many people rule breaking and most of the time all the staff members are busy and can't deal with them. I would put a lot of effort into trying to make this server clean of rule breaks and also to help everyone I can. Also I am very skilled at doing F1 as you might see on my old application people said.
