Personally I do not think you are ready for a leadteam position.
From your reason posts across other applications such as ts ha app by bannana, you have shown me that you do not understand how things are running anymore.

You also resigned and then came back as soon as the apps where open, in my opinion it just looks like you revoked just so you could apply.
