Morgan, at the moment I feel that you aren't ready for the lead team position. To begin with, I feel like you have a rather over-bearing attitude, constantly telling people what to do on the sever. An example of this could be, myself or another lead team member has just joined the server and you constantly tell us to do things, like F1's, without consideration of the fact that we could be doing other things. Another thing is that you undermine myself and other staff members, stating that I neglect bhop, and don't do any work for the server which is evidently wrong. Also you recently resigned claiming that you didn't have time for the server, but when the opportunity arrived to apply for super admin you miraculously had time for the servers again. To me this shows that currently you aren't fit to be in the lead team, and I believe that we need to see definitive change.

I do feel that you could make a good super admin as you have shown in the past but you have just recently revoked your resignation that may show some doubts and or some issue that if you are going to stay or not. I believe you have good intentions but it is just hard to vouch for someone who has just revoked their resignation because it leaves uncertainty to the future.
