I must insist to remind you we as a staff team are not legally obliged to be on all the time as many of us are at school and some have got really important exams coming up so you can't expect there to always be a staff member on as we do have lives outside of our computers 24/7 we don't do this because we have to we do it because we want to help the users and the community and to strengthen us into better people
