What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is if someone has been killed my the death or youre afk and going to spectate
you can tell them if the are afk or not and if they are comming but a other example is
if you have a trap whit two doors and someone can see whitch buttons have been used and he can tell the runners
but if he does it he can be warned of been kicked for ghosting

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?(Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.
if i get my rank i can mute him or gag and if he wont stop im gonna kick him him and if i cant stop it he can do it self if hes a admin of higher
but if i cant do it i can call a higher staff or the owner
or im gonna talk ot him if i can but sometimes im not online then
but if i dont have a rank im gonna tell him to stop and if he wont stop im gonna call an amdin or mod

Why I should be chosen?
i dont mean chosen but when i joined zarp gmod and buyed zarp i liked it and played more and i didnt know first how ot apply . but when i joined zarp and i was 7 and i liked i just played it for 3 years but i have been banned one time only for disrespect i just mean that i maked fun of there name
but i dont know who it was i know his name his name was cody he was an amdin
and he just banned me for 3 months
and zarp was my first server that i played
so i just want to apply for it

Personally I think you're too immature as of right now which is a problem when it comes to handling situations ingame as a staff member.

In my opinion you are very Immature and Inconsiderate as you do stuff and dont care about the effect it causes.

Your activity has been very Unconsistant as you can see

You only started playing again when you applied

If you can change your attitude and Show more trust and reliability as you dont really seem like someone I would like on the staff team

Ok so atm you don't have the activity that's no issue as I'm sure you can take some time to get it as it is only a few hours not much and then obviously people can't say it's your activity but apart from that Ik that u are often highly immature but every now and again you have surprised me but that is rarely honestly to improve this I would take the time to do so preferablely before applying ways in which I would is don't answer back to people in nasty or mean ways even if they do the same to you first and also when receiving negative feedback or responses don't get angry and 1 argue and 2 cause drama or disrespect it never works instead I would suggest not always saying thank you but try to as much as possible and then also read the comments and try to do the things we suggest off them

Activity needs to be improved a lot before you apply. I think you need to find a server you enjoy playing and play for a few weeks to prove to the staff team that you are mature and worthy of becoming staff rather than applying for a server because you were denied from another.
