TOPIC: Calling for a re-training.

Mr Squid needs to be retrained, he doesn't know how to use the logs nor does he know how to do his job properly, I've been in a few F1's with him where he has left the sit half way through for no reason at all. He spam teleports people to sits so he is unable to return them and the be quite frank is in-capable of holding the position...

People would have been better to contact a leat team member over steam

Why not just send your concerns to a lead team member?

Use a proper template then maybe you will get somewhere

I think in general the training should be extended it covers the commands etc but not actual situations and how to deal with certain types of reports. of course, there are posts that cover it but the Lead Team can't assume the person has read them all or been staff in the past.
