I've done that funnily enough they just seem to respond to say 'stop spamming me please' and then ignore the actual messages.

Leadteam are busy but will eventually respond to messages. In future you should speak to someone before posting as it can create drama or not even help you

Sometimes, the LT don't respond no matter what, so sometimes it is best to make a thread when all other options have been exhausted.

I agree to that. But ultimately, I've had no issues with Lt for ssrp, they're helpful asf. Just wait and they will help out!
