I don't think me resigning and not having a rank for 2 days out of my 45-50 really shows that I have little dedication. It was a rash decision, the resignation in hindsight was the wrong decision as it was a bunch of small temporary things that built up over 1 or 2 days. I understand if it holds me back now but I'm just the same administrator I was before I resigned for under 2 days.

You're active. Which is great. Your timezone is unique to most others meaning you'll be online at times others won't be able to be online. You seem to be wanting to invest the time aswell.
Although I can't quite put my finger on why exactly I think you might want to wait a bit more before becoming a Lead team member again. But it's possible for other people to convince me either in a good or a bad way.

very well written application

I don't know Morgan that much, and have only talked to him a few times on TS, and on the server. But the first impression he has given me is good

Morgan seems like a professional, friendly and mature person, which is important traits a super admin has to fulfill. When looking at his past ranks it shows that he has a wide experience when it comes to administrating, and knows how to handle the powers.

Well firstly thank you for your feedback.

I resigned as I stated in my application, due to a rash decision in regards to feeling pressure from a few temporary things in real life. I understand of what you mean but I'm still going with the words I wrote maybe give it a few more weeks until your fully back staffing. As I feel you resigning and revoking is lost of some dedication towards the servers.

From the off we can start about how great this idea is.
Morgan is such a hard working staff member and has been for sometime. His app shows you the extent to which he puts hard work and effort into and shows he is the right guy for the promotion.
Morgan is such an approachable staff member and is someone who I feel like I can talk to if there is anything wrong. His timezone allows him to monitor the server when other staff arent.
Overall, Morgan is a super cool guy and for that reason,
