How would you deal with a disrespectful player?

First i will give them a warning by slaying 1 time.
If they dont want to listen and still disrespectful i will give them a kick
if ther still disrespectful i will first look if the owner/co-owner is online if hes not online i will give him a 1 hour ban
If someone is hacking then i will ban him till the owner come and talk with him

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).

I play a lot of Gmod and on this awesome server. I am not like some badmins on other server that like ban for 1 thing
I never get in trouble with other players and i am pretty social. I love to help people and if i cant help someone then i will ask an other staff/owner to help him. I can always help with new servers,addons,plugins,... just give me a call and i will try to come. I never hackt or other things,because thats for little kids who dont know how to play. I hope i will be the chosen

Dear Resmo,

I have read your application and to be honest this is the one the worst applications, First of all you put smiley's on your application when this is supposed to be a serious and professional application to apply for a position where you help others and punish rule breakers. Second of all you insult our staff by calling us "badmins" which doesn't help at all when you are trying to become a staff member and also the "owner/co-owner" bit, You are basically saying the owner/co-owner is only worth your time since we staff are "badmins". And lastly you insult our player base "I never hackt or other things,because thats for little kids who dont know how to play."

Before applying for moderator you need to sort out your attitude and manners.

First of you you can't add smileys on your application like Lisol said. It is a serious matter to get the position of a moderator. This shows that you're not ready to get the job.
Secondly insulting or making fun of staff members shows that the place that you are applying for is not appropriate for you. This also has an impact on your application, which makes it even worse.
Another reason which has an negative impact on your application is that you haven't complianced the template. If you want the applications being succesful, then you should orient yourself on the professional world and look after real models. All in all I wish you good luck.
