Proof *VIDEO/PICTURES*: and Story: so I was printing and recording in case something happened like it did, and then I hear that someones about to raid us so I stand ready to fire and then I timed out but my ping was perfect and had no lag at time of timeing out. if you need any other info just ask me. oh and I crashed at the end of 2nd video and the reason there is 2 is because my video editing software only takes 10 minutes at a time

RIP Dude I'm sorry, same thing happened to me with 2 festives, but I don't think they refund unless it was a server issue (Like the server crashed) But I do hope you get refunded my dude.

Hello, we only refund for server issues such as server crashes etc. In your video we can clearly see it wasnt a server crash and that it was your internet connection which timed out at that time making you lose your items. Meaning there wont be any refunds except if someone is kind enough to refund you out of his own pocket.

This was on your end, refunds are only issued in the case of a server crash. Had the server crashed you would've been able to respawn your printers for free.
