Suggestion Title: [JB] Admin Application Suggestin

Suggestion Details: I never saw a JailBreak Administrator application before so here is one I though of:

How would it benefit the server: It would show who would want to be an admin, just like on SSRP,

The Jailbreak (as well as the majority of the other servers) are nomination based as the promotion only consists of a few extra commands, so active staff members may be suggested by the other staff members of that server during the meeting. With DarkRP it is different, as they may be expected to train people at certain points and have other expectations and responsibilities. Locked.
