Suggestion Title: [JB] Admin Application Suggestin

Suggestion Details: I never saw a JailBreak Administrator application before so here is one I though of:

How would it benefit the server: It would show who would want to be an admin, just like on SSRP,

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: Warden without Mic).

If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
