TOPIC: Responce to Para.

Since I can't reply to his comment since he locked my latest topic. Here's a qote by Para.

Well here's the thing. I don't program Lua. I can only a small amount of C#. Saying "don't complain and do something" is stupid. It is like telling people complaining about for example "police brutality". Person A is complaining about police brutality. And person B comes along and sais "If you think it is that bad, why don't you become a police cheif and fire the police who is brutal against their innocent victims". Now Para, do you think that is a smart answer?

Now, my job here as an admin is to keep justice in the server and punnish the rule breakers. And if I'm not able to do my job. I am going to complain. So stop thinking that you're answer was smart, read through the topic and actually understand the complaints.

I did tell you Luki the other day didn't I? lmao have they even added the suggested items that have been accepted over the last few months?

The only thing that has been added are the things that the leadteam themself want there.

I've tried to contact Max about the issues with the update. He has not been online since we discovered the issues so obviously they still exist but hopefully he'll listen to us about our suggestions. Also there's now a huge issue with the RDM Manager with it not even opening. Also reported this to both Tyler and Max.

I get what you are saying, and I know the frustration but consider what you actually expected para to reply with, I mean he didn't make the update himself and he is covering for those who did, the whole "make the update yourself" is kinda arrogant I guess, but there is not a whole lot you can do apart from contacting the devs personally since if you make a forum post then it doesn't really go to the devs but to the lead team who themselves have nothing to say about it apart from saying "Be thankful for what you got".

We appreciate your concerns and I can assure you we are trying our best to work towards the best possible solution. We apologise for the update not meeting your expectations and we hope to swiftly change this by working on it constantly until it's great if not perfect.

Having tested this before I can personally say the new report system worked fantastically well but some changes needed to be made in order to make it better - unfortunately some kinks came around when these changes were made. This is a part of software development - you make mistakes and you work to solve them and improve them.

While we appreciate the feedback we would advise you to avoid making these threads in the future. A better approach would be contacting a member of the lead team and voicing your concerns directly; we try and avoid inter-personal disputes amongst staff and this is one of the things that contribute to it the most.

Should you require any more assistance or simply talk about this overall, do not hesitate to contact me or any other member of the lead team.
