Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:

Also known as RDM random death match is the act of a Innocent/Detective without any real reason starting a firefight with a other player with the aim to kill them As Example: I'd kill crowbait on the top of the tester cuz he looked at me funny

Give three examples of an acceptable KOS and its scenario:
1.You'd see a person run into a T only room knowing that only T can go in a KOS can be called out.

2.Your standing in the tower and happen to see a person kill the Detective being only T's or rdmers do so a KOS will be called on them.

3.A Detective finds DNA on a person and finds out who it is there job is to call a KOS on them as soon as possible.
Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios:
1.One exhample is when has been proven by the tester and you see them throw a smoke bomb yes there not supposed to do that as its T baiting but you cant under any circumstance call a KOS for this.

2.If your a innocent you can't force anyone too do anything only Detectives can call a KOS if someone doesn't obey there order (Example: If i'm innocent i can't call KOS on anyone for not testing only a Detective can)

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 75 words):

After multiple staff members suggested me to apply i took a moment too think about it and came to the conclusion i'd give it a go so here we go

The reason i believe i should be mod is that i enjoy keeping the rules in check from the moment i joined been helping out mods and admins gather evidence of RDMing and Cheating, player's. i'm almost always online and available when no other mods or admins are,
over the time i gathered experience as admin and mod across gmod, and tf2 servers keeping a clean and reliable record and finally i'd love being part of the ZARP team while helping keeping the TTT server fun for all.

I dont believe this is valid, as the dna is not a kosable reason, its only for adding suspicions on others.

Since when is it not a reason to KOS? So if you find a detective's body with DNA and you scan it, you're implying you cannot kill whoever killed the detective?

If you have DNA from someone's corpse - effectively solid, undeniable evidence that they were responsible for killing said player - you can call a KOS on them. Unless, in the rare situation where the killer explains why they killed them and you're cool with it.

It doesnt say that if you get the dna from a detectives body, it says if the detective gets dna from a random body

Even then, a detective scans a random corpse of an innocent and receives some DNA. His death is unexplained with a prior reason - the player who killed them explained why they were killed: he rdmed for example - and the detective pursues the DNA tracks. It is a reason to KOS a player, it's solid evidence that they killed someone.

If a detective gets DNA, it is completely 100% proof that the person the DNA leads to killed the person, there is no suspicion at all. You have a right to KOS someone for it. As you cannot deny DNA.

middy is an extremely active, friendly player, from what I've seen. But he has several recent warnings, he needs to wait before he can become a moderator.

I explained in my replies that unless a reason is given for their death - like the example you gave - you still have a reason to KOS the player. As CeeZee said, you have the right, whether you make use of that right is up to the player's discretion.

That's all true i been thinking about it myself too i mostly always took it as it almost 100% of the time was a T killing a Detective also i appreciate the feedback i'm getting on that one i already wasn't sure if it was fully right too put down but as said the player will choose if they KOS the killer

If i were you i would wait til my warns become inactive and i would take another look at the rules.

Middy is a very funny guy and I have had a lot of banter with him, we have both been in sessions with mass rdm where no staff has been on and I think middy would greatly reduce the rdm on the server

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP TTT! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:
Recent warnings.

You can apply again at any time, and thanks for supporting ZARP!
