TOPIC: [FORUM] Jordan's Forum App - Global Moderator

SSRP:

I've currently being playing SSRP for over 1 year, I've been staff for roughly 6-8 months and I'm currently a Super Administrator on the server. Every day I come online for about 5 hours on SSRP alone as I tend to split my activity across every server I'm staff on so I can retain my powers and my reputation. As I've been here for a while I've gained the reputation from players as well as staff so they come to me and ask for help or have any questions or just to talk about random stuff. During lots of times when I'm online I'm actively helping out people and helping out staff to ensure that the Staff Team are at it's prime.

Bunny Hop:

Recently, I've became a Administrator for Bunny Hop as I've began to have a really good interest in it and already I've began to help people who don't know how to BHOP or just want to have a chat about some random stuff. I've been a staff member for BHOP for about 3 weeks as of the day that I'm posting this application. I've began to start a real good reputation as I always have a positive outlet to many situations that I'm brought up to or that comes my way. I'm friendly to every problem and I'm ready for everything.

Forums:

I've currently been a Section Moderator for 2 sections and I believe they are the 2 most viewed and replied topics so I'm always on my feet moving stuff deleting stuff that breaks Terms Of Use as well as many other stuff. I first got General Discussion Moderator for 2 months and 3 weeks, I got accepted for my General Discussion Section on Jul. 4 2016, Monday . Ever since I got that position I've been helping out people by moving there posts, deleting stuff that breaks Terms Of Use as well as many other situations. Then I decided that I could handle another section and I decided to aim for SSRP Section since General Discussion Section is busy and so is SSRP with all the posts, My application for SSRP Section got accepted on Sep. 4 2016, Sunday. Every since I gained they 2 sections I've proudly started to help more people and even made many helpful threads and dealt with many stuff with a positive outlet.

Teamspeak:

Since I've gotten Super Admin I've also gotten TeamSpeak Staff, Everyday I'm on Teamspeak 3 for roughly 15 hours, When I'm on Teamspeak I'm interacting with other users as well as other Teamspeak staff and staff from other Zarp Services, I've been trying my best to handle as many situations along side player reports to the best of my ability to ensure that just like the forums I can enforce TOU to the best I can.

Monday: 2:00 PM - 5 AM

Tuesday: 2:00 PM - 5 AM

Wednesday: 2:00 PM - 5 AM

Thursday: 2:00 PM - 5 AM

Friday: 2:00 PM - 5 AM

Saturday: 2:00 PM - 5 AM

Sunday: 7 PM - 5 AM

Please be aware, that the times above are only supposed to be used as a guideline, They are the times I am up and available to deal with many situations that comes my way. I'm currently able to moderate the forums for 15 Hours.

Introduction:

Alright so the reason why I am applying for Global Moderator is mainly because I can handle the position as well as responsibilities that comes with the role, I'm active on 4 servers and staff on every single one of them. I am an experienced forum staff as well as SSRP Staff & BHOP Also Teamspeak 3. I am available to help players and staff out for a whooping 15 hours daily. I am currently already a Section Moderator for 2 of the most busiest sections and I feel like I could handle this position due to my experience as a Section Moderator along side my ranks in this community.

Forum Staff:

I've been forum staff for a fairly long time, I've been gaining everything that I do in to my experience and I've decided that I could try to go for Global due to my experience in handling 2 sections. I'm currently posting a lot and positively helping people in every problem that I know how to fix or just to speak to them if they have any questions, If I got granted being a Global Moderator then I could help out even more people than I already do as a section Moderator.

Posting:

As of right now I'm currently writing out this application, I'm currently posting 400+ a month and an estimated about 30 posts a day. While moving topics and deleting stuff I'm able to multitask and handle situations that comes my way to the best of my abilities and expertise. I'm helpful on every single Section not only just my own, I'm actively messaging people who's global Moderator and above to lock posts/ban people that I currently can't do as of now and I'd really be more happy if I can maintain the forums when people are busy or in School or working. Currently I've recently hit 3,000 posts and I'm really happy on everything I've gained in this community since day 1 all the way to where I am today as I'm writing this application.

Experience:

As I'm writing this application, I'm a Semi Serious Roleplay Super Admin, Forum Section Moderator for 2 of the busiest sections, Teamspeak 3 Staff & Bunny Hop Administrator. During all of my experience in maintaining these servers I'm also available to handle more situations that comes my way and help players as well as staff who need help or have any questions regarding a server or a problem they have encountered. I'm an active community member for about 1 year and 1 month every day I've came on if I'm not away or a situation hasn't happened, As I'm not working or studying I can maintain the forums when staff are a sleep or busy in school or working. I've began to help as much people as I can within my positions so hopefully I could help even more people if I get this position.

Situations:

Recently a lot of situations has happened in were I'm tested and capable of handling situations or questions that people have in mind, I've been trying to maintain 2 sections as well as staff on 3 other sections with activity on all of them. During many times I've encountered situations where I am asked or need to help people, I'm able to handle many situations with a positive outlet and loves helping people as I learn new ways to handle new situations or questions.

My Work:

From day 1 I got General Discussion Moderator I got trained by the One & Only, Morgan. From day 1 I've been dedicated and locked posts and moved stuff as well as doing helpful guides for people so they can learn off me and then experience stuff that they may not know, Here are the current threads/guides that I've made and that are currently used today:

So as you can see from above, I've made helpful threads as well as guides so that if people want to then can see the threads and learn new stuff from what I've posted. From the time I got staff to now I've been helping many people with different situations all with a positive outlet as well as more experience in handling many new situations with care and determination as well as myself always pushing my self to the fullest and handling situations the best I can go.

Activity:

As you can see from all of my post count, I am currently extremely active on forums as well as every server I'm staff on. I currently can play everything for about 15 hours due to myself not working nor studying, I could use this activity to good use so that is why I'm currently applying for Global Moderator, The main reason why I'm applying for Global Moderator is because I could use my activity as well as experience to good use and help out even more people than I can do already. As of myself writing this I've been really trying to handle as much stuff as I can that comes my way all with a positive outlet as well as determination as I know when you keep trying and if you don't succeed try again harder.

Avaliable:

As I'm only a Section Moderator I try my best to get stuck in and deal with situations that I love helping people and doing the community the best I can do today, As I'm only Section Moderator however I always message Global Moderators as well as Forum Administrators to lock and delete posts as well as ban people that break TOU as I currently can't do that and I'd love to due to my expertise and my determination will be placed to good use if I got this position, I could maintain the forums when nobody else is currently online to maintain it due to me being active a lot as well as helping out people daily, I've always tried to please everyone and work to the best I can, That is why I'm applying for Global Moderator.

Run Ins:

As I've said above that I'm extremely active, I could use the Global Moderator position to help out everyone that currently needs help and try to do everything that I can, As I'm staff on 4 servers I'm trusted with powers and will do my best to handle every situation that comes my way respectfully and following the staff Ethos. I've had many run ins with many different situations from staff as well as players at Zarp Gaming, Thanks for reading my application.

Potential

As I'm already a Section Moderator for 2 sections already, I can't go to my full potential due to not being available to move topics that aren't in my section, Or seeing someone break TOU I need to poke people and ask them to help me out as I can't do it on my own accord. If I got this power I along side ParaMontana will help every section as we both work really well in a team and we could sort out the moderation on the forums when nobody else is available due to being busy with In Real Life Stuff, I could maintain the forums for 15 hours Daily so that could be put to good use while it be moving topics that nobody currently is a section moderator for or handing out bans when nobody is available to cover the Sections due to real life work and School, If I got granted with these powers I could help the current staff team on the forums as well as enforce the Terms Of Use: fairly to ensure that everyone has a nice time browsing our forums.

I could maintain the forums much more better as I like to be hands on with stuff and help everyone out if they have a question or a issue that they'd like to bring to my attention, I've helped many people to the best of my ability as a happy player means they will have more fun using our services and that's all the perks that comes with being a Helpful Scottish lad , I can handle more situations than I do already and I believe I'm ready to be hands on and ready to learn many new stuff.

Teamwork:

Teamwork on the forums is a essential situation, You need to have good communication skills to ensure rules as well as interact with the community to the best of your ability, So far since I've been in this community I've built a bond with 4 staff teams connection as of all my ranks and my activity on and off the servers, I've built up a friendly reputation in all different aspects and servers that I currently play on, I'm a friendly eager Scottish lad who is willing to be hands on and learn many new situations that could come my way if I got Global Moderator.

Hands on:

When I first joined this community I felt a nice warm welcoming and I felt good being in this community, Then I began to climb the staff ladder while all across the way I've became friendly as well as really eager and a hands on person who will adapt to new situations to help out players as well as Staff to help people out that I'd really like to do and love to do, As of today I'm writing this application I've helped many players old and new and helped to build a better staff team together and work as a team and not with single players just with the badge, I've helped a happy lot of people to make sure they have fun on our services that we currently have to offer.

Now if you're wondering why I've added another post talk on my application it's because I'm going to talk about a complete different thing that's why I've made another one, so with that said let's begin!. For every since I've got Section Moderator on General Discussion I've been really at my prime time on forums by posting alot daily and a lot weekly ever since I first got forum staff so that shows how dedicated I am to the forums as well as my ranks, I like to help and interact with as many people as I can daily as I love being part of this community. I like to think myself as a helper and be friendly to everyone regardless of the outcome if it's bad or good, I love when people come forward to me to ask me a question or have an issue with what ever server I'm on or what ever server I'm staff on, Hopefully I could help out even more people by bringing a new face to the community.

Friendlyness

Me holding 4 staff powers while it be on Forums,SSRP,Bunny Hop or Teamspeak 3, I like to come out to people as a friendly person who is there to help people as well as staff if they have a question or problem, On many occasions I've tried my best to help out people how to Bunny Hop or help people in SSRP when they've got a problem or someone reported a staff member, I'd take time out of my time and help that person out the best I possibly could, I looked up to many people in this community as a Role Model or as a really good friend who would help me in ways that I couldn't do or didn't know how to. I like to think that every time I help someone then that's there problem solved as well as to have more fun on our services while it be Forums,Teamspeak,SSRP or Bunny Hop. Being friendly is key if you want to go far in this community, Due to always being friendly so then people would come up and come forward if they have any problems or issues regarding there problem.

Jordan Johnston is an amazing person with great responsibilities. Jordan has been apart of this community for a long time trying his best to help users out in anyway, I see Jordan on the forums every day helping out, making constructive posts and active in all the sections.
