Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I was on the server once and there was this really dodgy guy using a obvious alt account. I could've been hacking or not. So whilst having a good chat with him to keep him bussy, in panic i tried to contact any admin+ to sharingcheck this user. Later on his steamid wasnt banned on any servers, Having these admin powers would have been more efficient to work around in this situation.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
Me as a moderator have gotten very few commands, even tho it wasnt a big problem, more powers could always be more efficient to work around with and deal with scenario's better. There wasnt a serious obstacle that i had to work around with that i was really bothered off from. But in some case scenarios the conditions might be extreme eg: If a user joins the server and Obviously and openly hacks and tells everyone and trolls around with, or if there's a ddos threat from the user. The 'Almighty ban hammer' might come out usefull

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hi (User X) Congratz on your promotion to moderator! I'll hope we both can work this out. Okay you so now you have been givin the trustfull rank of moderator and you are trustred by the staff team to behave yourself and to respectfully handle the commands of it. So today we are starting on the ULX menu. Im giving you a little tip here to type this in consoleThis is very usefull so you dont have to write !menu all the time. So First of all, lets start with the Chat Section. In the chat section you have these options (commands)
-Asay
The asay command (@ message) is a command used to communicate with all the current staff online. Eg if there's a rulebreaker and you dont clearly know the situation, or you need help performing your commands again. (Wich is not neccesery im a perfect trainer)

-Gag
The gag command (!gag user reason) is used to mute a "Mic spammer" or in the neat "A voice abusing person." EG: if the user plays music thru his mic wich is prohibited.

-Mute
The mute command (!mute user reason) is used to mute a "Chat spammer" or in the neat a "A user who abuses his keyboard too much" EG: If he's swearing with disseases or is swearing with words that shall not be spoken "The N Word" or anything that is not allowed or offensive, you can mute for that.

-Psay
The psay or personalsay command (!p user message) is used to privatly talk to a player. Eg: if the user found a exploit, or talks thru admin chat (They cant see the admin chat)
-The time
Gives you the time

Further on the menus and the user management is not important for now, continuing on the utilities we have

-help
This command is not really used or working, legend says it gave once a Super Admin help

-kick
This command (!kick user reason) is used to kick someone or basicly put someone in the time out corner if they did something bad, You cant manage the ban command yet so you have to deal with this. EG: If the user didnt learn his lesson from the gag, you are allowed to use this command

-who
Gives you the information about the steamID you have put in the text bar.

Thanks for making a ban appeal. I've looked into your ban appeal and have discussed your appeal with an another administrator and have decided to give you another go. But beware if you are getting caught again we wont be so nice as we are now. So please be carefull and read the Rules.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
I should be promoted because, im on the bhop server nearly everyday and i really do enjoy this gamemode. I hope the best for bhop and im trying my best to manage the players in the server. I help out players everyday and help them to explore this gamemode. Im also trusted since i've been SSRP staff, Been Deathrun staff. Am TTT Staff and know how to handle the ULX menu and how to handle reports correctly. Im in this community for arround 2 years and have absoluteley enjoyed this gamemode ever since. Im proven to be trusted with the ban command on TTT and clearly know how to user it. Im respectfull, nice and friendly towards new players and like to keep it this way.
