I speak fluent English with some broken Spanish mixed in. I have the ability to form basic sentences and understand an average amount of words.

RDM - Random Deathmatch, Verb. ('a-'di-'em)
RDM is the act of killing another player for a reason that is not acceptable in TTT. This ranges from which team you are assigned.
Innocents:
RDM for innocents can be one of three things.
I->D: When an innocent kills a detective, there is no valid reason to do so unless in self defense, as the innocent will not recieve points nor progress the round.
I->T: When an innocent kills a traitor, they will be rewarded with points and help progress the round, however, without valid proof of 'traitorism' the innocent would not know that the traitor is such, and the RDM is very similar to that of an innocent killing an innocent, where there is a risk of hindering the round and ruining the match for other players.
I->I: When an innocent kills another innocent without reason to believe that said innocent is a traitor, they are hindering the round and ruining the match for others who are trying to play legitimately.

Traitors:
T->T: It's harder for traitors to RDM than an innocent. However, it is still easily possible, but much rarer. When a traitor kills one of their own, it helps to assist the innocents and hinders the traitors. It also ruins the round for those affected, as they may have been waiting many rounds for that chance.

Detectives:
D-I: When a detective kills an innocent, they are hindering the round for said innocent. There are a few times where a detective can kill an innocent with reason, such as if they have been seen to be attacking others or AFKs.

Three examples of an acceptable KOS with an accompanying scenario:
1: A player is seen shooting and killing a detective who is not AFK and hasn't been attacking others. This player is one of two things, an innocent or a traitor, with a greater chance of being a traitor due to the high priority of detectives.

2: A player is seen placing and arming a C4 and then leaving the scene. This player has done one of two things, bought a C4 from the traitor interface with the intention of using it to eliminate innocents, or has found it from a deceased traitor and is placing it to kill other innocents in RDM.

3: A player is seen walking out of a room with many unidentified bodies after multiple gunshots from their weapon have been heard, after request, they have refused to identify the bodies and flee the scene. This is a KOS that can cause a few issues in select circumstances, if the person has not seen the bodies, and then not heard the ID request, they may be exempt based on the discretion of the player, however, if they have acknowledged this or has very clearly seen the bodies (Such as if they are in clear view) then they are still a valid KOS.


Two examples of unacceptable KOS with accompanying scenarios:
1: A player has a weapon that another player was recently killed by, and there is noone else in the near vicinity with the weapon. This is due to the ability to drop and pickup weapons, if Player A dropped his M1911 which killed 3 others, and Player B picked it up, they would not be a valid KOS.

2: A player is seen shooting from the top of the lighthouse, the area they are in is then called out as a KOS. This one is invalid due to the inability to tell whether there is more than one person in that area, if a traitor was at the top of the tower and an innocent was ascending to discover what was happening at the top, they would then be at risk of being falsely KOSed, and as such, KOSing an area is invalid.

Conclusion, why should you choose me?
Who am I?
I am an 18 year old English Man in employment that enjoys spending time on TTT. I work on average 24 hours a week with the possibility of skyrocketing to 60 hours a week.

Experience?
In the past, I have done moderating for a medium sized TF2 community called Degree-Gaming in which I would assist the admins and moderators in enforcing the rules and reporting those who break these or wish to cause problems for the server.

Experience on the server and interaction on the server?
I have been an avid veteran of ZARP TTT, back when there was a map rotation I played actively enough to get a skin, hat and taunt. I then took a break from GMod due to burnout, and after burning out from other games returned to GMod returned to the server with skins and the like intact, since then, I have been active every week and often output about 16-20 hours in doing so. I am well known on the server for my relaxed nature and depressing monotone voice, coupled with my dry humour.

Crowbait is applying for TTT staff?! Oh well... Let me tell you why he deserves to be staff!

1. He is extremely active.
2 He always reports the rulebreakers. I haven't seen any invalid report from him.
3 His app is sick!
4 He is really kind and has a really good attitude
5 I have seen him helping new people.

He definitely deserves to be a mod and he gets a MASSIVE from me

From what others have said and from what I can see from your game tracker, you are very active and have been nice when I have seen you on the server. I believe that you could be a good staff member, due to the fact that you are very helpful and are doing a great job on the server at the moment.
