TOPIC: Old VIP Purchase.

So, awhile back in 2013 I decided to buy ZARP VIP for its beautiful PERP server. Now in 2016 I wanted to play ZARP again but I noticed I don't got the VIP so uh How would I be able to obtain it back?

- Summary:
Bought VIP in 2013... Doesn't have it in 2016.
Still got the uh Paypal's email for purchase in 2013...

I believe I saw you in game earlier, you seemed to have had the VIP Benefits in game there.

It's most likely an issue with your steam account not being linked to your forum account. Try going to this link: zarpgaming.com/index.php/zarp-vip , near the bottom of the page there should be a link that will take you to link your steam account and your forum account.

So I've linked it and it says now, "You're ready to purchase
Get ZARP VIP access today. Your SteamID is already linked too so that's one less thing to do.

- Plus uh.... I thought I had the perks as well but when I attempted to become a priest it popped up with Your not a ZARP VIP thing.

Did you purchase VIP on another forum account?

If you have a different Forum Account and you forgot the Username of Password for it, log out of this account and press on one of these two links.

Well I really doubt I'd make 2 accounts back in 2013 so uh yeah I don't think its on a different account.

I'll link this to an owner that can look into the situation for you and hopefully restore your VIP, until then there's not much we can do.

If you've purchased the upgrade before it's likely on another account. We'd be happy to transfer your ZARP VIP to this new account, you will need to log in to the account with the upgrade and make a post requesting this.

Thanks for your response. It's likely that your upgrade was purchased for a different server or community and you will need to contact them regarding the upgrade, unfortunately we have no ability to apply upgrades in servers outside of ZARP. Our VIP upgrade is a permanent upgrade that's always been priced at $19.95. Please do let us know if you need any further help.
