It's likely that your upgrade was purchased for a different server or community and you will need to contact them regarding the upgrade, unfortunately we have no ability to apply upgrades in servers outside of ZARP. Our VIP upgrade is a permanent upgrade that's always been priced at $19.95. Please do let us know if you need any further help.
