What is Ghosting?
For example if you play the map dr_minecraft there are two doors, one that lets you through and one that kills you. Ghosting is that dead runners help the alive runners by saying which door is the one that lets you through. So basicly Ghosting is dead runners helping the alive runners to survive.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
First I'd ask them to stop. Then if they don't listen to me and they don't stop I'd mute/gag them. And if they still disrespect I would !warn them as a punishment. If they rejoin again and continue I would call an admin.

Why I should be chosen?
When I first got Garry's Mod and started playing deathrun ZARP was one of the first servers I came across and I liked it a lot because when I was a noob/newbie the moderators and admins helped me with tips and gave me some points to buy player models and since then I have only played ZARP Deathrun because the people are nice there. And I consider myself as a nice person and I would really like to become a moderator aswell because I wanna be more than a player in ZARP. The admins/moderators has inspired me to play ZARP servers more than I did when I first started playing. I wouldn't apply for this if it wasn't for the admin called spoderman who was one of the first guys I came across in ZARP, he is the guy that ''introduced'' me to ZARP Deathrun and helped me a lot and inspired me and I also wanna be someone like him thats why I applied.

First of all, you cant ban people.
^> NO, First, gag/mute then following a warning, when they rejoin (Punishment avoid) Gag/mute and a warn for punishment avoid. And if they rejoin once again, call an admin

You can include the kick command as well. That would suffice the question.

I don't know if you have any warnings, recent or old.

1. Gametime isn't the greatest.
2. Haven't seen him.

I've seen you around before and you seem respectful, your activity is ok and so is your gametime and you've taken feedback on board to improve your application.
