How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
First I'd ask them to stop. Then if they don't listen to me and they don't stop I'd !warn them. And if they still disrespect I will mute/gag them. And if they still talk on the mic (when they are muted in the chat) I would kick them from the server for not stopping and being disrespectful. And if they would join back and carry on disrespecting/spamming I would ban them for a several hours (around 1-3 hours or even more depending on how disrespectful they are).
