Suggestion Title: Meth Cooks/Labs

How would it benefit the server:
It'll allow those to do something to retrieve money instead of just sitting there going half afk while printig etc.
I think that these are really interesting and fun, it'll also make raiding worth it majority of the time

. And when selling the Meth getting to the Seller before Police/SWAT spot you. This will also increase the cops pay when wanted.

I do like this mod and i love to play every server that has the mod enabled. I think that this would create alot of game play/base value. we could use some diversity when making drugs, why not? It would look kind of odd to have a big process for making meth on a semi serious RP server.
