Suggestion Title: Meth Cooks/Labs

How would it benefit the server:
It'll allow those to do something to retrieve money instead of just sitting there going half afk while printig etc.
I think that these are really interesting and fun, it'll also make raiding worth it majority of the time . And when selling the Meth getting to the Seller before Police/SWAT spot you. This will also increase the cops pay when wanted.
