Admins name - Who banned you/who might it be? Brother Walter.
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? Being Offensive.
Server - What server did you get banned from? DarkRp.

Story - What happend? Basicly, I accidently shot walter. He then brought me and said "Why the fuck did you shoot me you retard." I then said I missed clicked and can you not call me a retard you prick, He then carried on to call me a retard Twice more. So I told him to slit his wrists.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? I don't have any proof of this because he used mic.

Well first of all he should not permaban you for that, not even a ban, more like one warning. Second of all if what you said is true ( even though he has no proof of it ) Walter should not talk like that.

Ok what you said is mostly warn worthy or jail ,but if you have proof of Walter talking to you like this please feel free to make a report.

I dont see any proof, and if it is true what you are saying. Saying he needs to commit suicide is not acceptable, no matter what he said.

Hi, after talking with Walter, I've decided to reduce your ban to 1 day. He might've been a bit far fetched with this one, but you were being disrespectful and used a racist slur, which isn't exactly what you should do, based on 1.1 and 1.2, and there is no evidence of him actually calling you a retard.
I've given you another chance, but if you're seen being discriminative/highly disrespectful against players and staff members again, there's a higher chance of you being punished again, and a lower chance of you getting unbanned again.
I hope you'll learn your lesson and consider the things you've done.
