He might've been a bit far fetched with this one, but you were being disrespectful and used a racist slur, which isn't exactly what you should do, based on 1.1 and 1.2, and there is no evidence of him actually calling you a retard.
I've given you another chance, but if you're seen being discriminative/highly disrespectful against players and staff members again, there's a higher chance of you being punished again, and a lower chance of you getting unbanned again.
