You are a great guy, you report alot of rule breakers, thanks to you I cought 2 people last night. But you just started playing again, maybie you should wait a little bit.

I was at first temporarily demoted because someone made a report about me abusing my powers when I was on server 1 messing about at spawn. After an investigation I was supposed to get my rank back that day however there weren't and Head Admins online at the time and they forgot to give me my rank back resulting in me being a user for a period of around a day. For that period many staff members had thought that I had gotten permanently demoted and I let them believe what they wanted because I was curious how their attitudes would change towards me if they thought I was a user and sure enough they did and not for the better I may add. Most of this occurred in the one night on server 1. The staff members included in all of this were mainly; Soxey, Steam, & Gmod Troller. In that one night that I was on and they believed that I was demoted they were all bashing me on teamspeak and such and I got 3 /warns during that one night. All of which I believe were very unjust just looking for excuses to warn me and try to get at me. I was honestly sickened by the whole situation.

After that I talked to RedPowder about my rank and he came on and gave it back to me saying that he just forgot which is no big deal. After everyone saw that I had not gotten demoted it was funny to me because their attitudes all changed towards me yet again. There was a bunch of arguing and accusations and it was all a mess and I was already planning to resign and I ended up doing so. Now if I was up for demotion or going to be demoted during when I resigned I am not aware of as no one has spoken to me about it.

Now I have never said that I was a perfect staff member as I was not we all have our flaws. During that whole period yes I do admit that I abused and I do regret many of my actions. I could have handled things in a much better way and things may not have gotten to the point that they did. However I am not the only one that could have handled the situation as Soxey, Steam, and Gmod Troller all could have as well. We all make mistakes but we should make them right and that is what I have done/am trying to do. The past is the past and I'm sure we all regret things but I most definitely regret my actions and the abuse of the powers given to me and apologize to those involved who were affected by it.

I've been here for close to two years and I'm not going anywhere. I've done things that I regret but I realize that and I make them right. I learn from my mistakes as we all should.

So no, I'm not going to boast about how I abused or wasn't a perfect staff member but just because you don't see me acknowledging it doesn't mean that I'm going around saying I was flawless. If you feel I am saying things that you disagree with at least talk to me about it and we can have a discussion. Just don't be making accusations without interrogation otherwise you'll only ever have half the story.

The ironic thing is that all 3 of those staff members are now Super Admins...

I will state the facts, and only the facts here.

You resigned literally during the part we where discussing you
You spammed text-screens saying "Steam has a small dick" while you where temporarily demoted
You spawned in weapons like nova gas and RDMed in spawn (It may have started out as a joke but you took it too far, now we can't spawn weapons.)
You physgunned my props during a raid so you could RPG without getting yourself killed
You threatened to get me demoted so you could get SA (I still want to see the videos you claim you have)
Do you deny these? Because all these have proof, it may be lost now but at the time, we did.

I didn't mean it as a direct quote for the quote "Flawless staff". I just meant it as you kept strutting your stuff like nothing ever happened. Like you never did do these things.

Jack, you where one of my favorite members, I thought you'd get SA before me. But ever since I got SA and you didn't, you started to decline. You may have changed back to the jack I knew, but I haven't seen this yet.

As response to your temporary demotion. We assume after what we had reported you where demoted, this was not the case. As such I warned you for every rule you broke like any player. Now I was harsh but no harsher then I am to anyone I expect should know the rules.

Now I handled the situation fine but I cannot speak for the other two staff members. I treated you as a player, and I understand that you where only temporarily demote but I was not told that, I was told by steam you where demoted.
The warns I gave you where for a base which you could somehow see me, but I sure has hell couldn't see you. (I don't understand how you knew where I was to be honest)
and for the textscreens made about steam in which he came straight to me.
The third I cannot honestly recall.

I am willing to give you a chance but be warned, I will be keeping my eye on you. You are on a small list of players I do not trust, you'll need to earn that trust back. This can be said for johnny smith (Although the extent of his abuse was much more then yours which is why I still don't want him staff.)

Jack, I believe everyone deserves a second chance, as no one is perfect and people can change for better or worse.
While, I was looking at your game trackers I noticed you've only been active for a few days, hopefully you will increase your activity by the Next SSRP meeting.
You have a few mistakes in your typing. (Not a big deal)

This can be a chance for you to set things right, like I'm trying to do.

Do not worry about Soxey. Soxey is a great guy, it's just hard to change his mind about you. I'm not sure if you've changed as well, but I'm willing to see if you have, as I was given the same chance by the staff team. Good luck, I won't post my verdict until the last few days before the meeting.

Okay time for me to enter the conversation about the admin abuse.

The day he got temprarly demoted i asked him what happened, he said he didn't know and by that making me know he got demoted. I was friends with the guys that had proof on him, he does not play anymore as i've seen. His proof was clear however it was proof from two perspectives, one looking like abuse and another looking like having fun. I was one of those who thought you where demoted beacuse when you where super admin you would play around in spawn with unobtainable weapons. I wouldn't mind, it was really fun even if i only had psgs myself.

Now after you had regain your rank you claimed that you were sick of playing pc games and wanted to take your time to school. I'm not sure yet if this was a misdirection but from what i've seen this appears to be what it is and you're addicted to zarp just like most people here and you are most likeley coming back beacuse people have forgotten about you.

I don't know if you're you or if you're someone else but it's nice to see you back.

I maintain I have never abused, as far as I am aware. I may have mistakenly done something but this has never been brought to my attention. You claimed you had evidence, if that was the case please share it. I personally would not feel happy being staff if I had abused and if there was merit would promptly resign.
