Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? I called sinz a pedophile
Server - What server did you get banned from? ssrp
Time - How long were you banned for? cm muted appeal
Story - What happened? I called sinz a pedophile(many times) then sent a link of sinz asking me if i liked feet when i was a minor
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?
Extra Information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. I shall not call him such names again.

Since this is only your second offense, then the duration is only 4 weeks, which means it's been expired for over a month so I'll remove it now, although do remember that you can only get 1 more comms ban, and then it will be a perm community ban

Communications Ban Policy

1st Offense: 2 Week Communication Ban
2nd Offense: 4 Week Communication Ban
3rd Offense: 8 Week Communication Ban
4th Offense and Onward: Community Ban (Permanent)

Also small note: Just DM a CM team member if a comms ban is supposed to be expired
