After discussing this with Yisyas I have come to the conclusion to deny this punishment appeal, Since there was no evidence provided that you were in fact shot at and that yisyas has given you this punishment and he see's no reason why this punishment isn't valid including myself then you will be keeping it. Feel free to appeal again at any time
