Story/Situation - What happened?
Today, 13.02.2022 on zarpgaming.com (Server 3 DarkRP) I was minding my own business, about to go and do some mining in order to craft a Regeneration Suit, as I had been looking for a way to regenerate for quite some time. As I was walking into the mines, somewhere in the distance, I could hear the sounds of multiple pickaxes simultaneously, strongly and sharply hitting a rock-like object, likely a precious stone such as Ruby. I decided to follow in the direction of the sound, and after a few steps, I've found myself looking at four gentlemen, mining. Mining what? Exactly, a gemstone, none other than RUBY. Just as I had suspected. As I was standing there for a few seconds, one of them had slowed down with their mining. He turned around slowly, and looked at me. Dead in the eye. I thought to myself - maybe he would like to have a loquacious discussion, or something alike? But he didn't say a single word. While still staring at me, he leisurely reached into his pocket. He swiftly dragged out a metallic-like object from his pocket. What was it? A gun. Pointed at me. As quickly as I possibly could, I pulled out a S.L.A.M and the detonator from my zarp. By this point in time, all of the miners had also pulled out their firearms, pointed at me. They mercilessly opened fire. Each one of them hit me, in the clavicle, axilla, navel and patella, respectively. With precision, I tactically tossed one of my S.L.A.M Explosive devices towards them, specifically in a way that when detonated, it's fragments would hit each of the miners, throwing their aim off, so I could take my escape through the miner tunnels. To my surprise, it completely OBLITERATED them. Satisified with my successful self-defense performance, I speedily limped out of the tunnels, seeking urgent care for my wounds inflicted by the miners. Approaching the lady at the hospital, she said "Hi, would you like to buy some health?". Yes. Yes I fucking do. I handed her the $1000 for 100 health as I thought to myself - "American 'elfcare, innit?". To relax a little, I decided to take a walk around the streets of Zarp City's downtown. Five-to-ten minutes had passed, when out of nowhere, I get teleported back to the mines by the Zarp Administrator YisYas, with no prior contact or anything. Absolutely ridiculous, right?! Anyway, I got questioned by the Administrator on why I had "RDMed" the 4 miners. I thought, "RDMed? Isn't that Random Deathmatch, the act of killing another player for no reason?". Absolutely not. I proceeded to calmly explain how what actually happened, was that they shot me first, so I killed them in self-defense. But he would not listen. After some discussion, the Administrator had come to the conclusion to warn me, falsely. After the warning, he did not even return me to my previous position. I had to BEG him to bring me back. Terrible service, would not get warned again 0/10. I especially think this is ridiculous due to the fact there are no damage logs on Zarp Gaming, nor is there proof of me "RDMing" anybody. So now, here I am, absolutely devastated that now, I have a record of "RDM" on my RapSheet, despite the fact I did not "RDM" anybody. I have literally been continuously crying ever since and then zarp.

i hate racist people

If there’s not evidence present then the user should not be punished, as well as coda being teleported instead of the staff member teleporting to them. It’s not guilty until proven innocent
