Am I the only one that is getting an annoyance vibe coming from this thread?

The request was denied (Seeing as it was a scam and it's not ban worthy as scamming for in-game items are allowed) and yet you carry on.

Hmm, I still disagree based upon the fact that he has now offered to provide further evidence towards the case

Look at the time difference when Bilbo said that he stated the denied reasons before.
