Handled a situation in a very bad way.

Me and JMT had a 20b+ gamble and I won. After I had won, JMT traded a community banned player ban evading all the money and was then banned. He appealed his ban and gave Onion the money and but was then banned again because the LT knew it was a cm banned player.

I then waited a couple days because I'm a bit busy and then asked Onion if he had the money

I asked him yesterday (18th) at 8pm and was ignored.
Today (19th) I asked him once again at 4pm if he did have the money and he responded with "what money?" and just annoyed me.
I then asked him to join but was ignored.

Hey do you know if Onion has the money? He's pretty much straight up ignoring me and he hasn't contacted me either and I kind of need the money I was owed. Can you maybe talk to him and see if he will join anytime soon?

I made a couple F1's today asking for Chute/Onion but both kind of ignored my PMs but I have once again been ignored the entire time until Joshua handled my F1 and helped me.

Onion said: "[Admin Chat] (Head Admin) OnionRings: explained to him already! hes lucky to even ever have it lol."
I was never explained and I have no idea what Onion is referring to. As he has been ignoring me the entire time.

How am I impatient? I waited a couple days before contacting Onion because I've been a bit busy and he didn't even contact me saying he has the money.

Even Xnator told him to give me the money but I guess he ignored Xnator aswell.

I was just told by Onion that he gave the 20.1b back to JMT and told me that I had to re-roll him...? Even though I won and was supposed to have the money in the first place.

I requested Onion or Chute to teleport to me and Onion teleported to me, said nothing and finished the F1 and teleported away.

I'd like to have someone speaking to Onion because I don't appreciate the way he handled this whole thing and he could've simply just sent me a message telling me that he's busy or whatever and I would've just waited but when he's straight up ignoring me, I get annoyed.

Outrageous i saw this go down and this is such blatant abuse i can't believe onion is able to do that because he wants to keep the 20bil he doesn't own what a shame and just shows how the staff team went downhill

EDIT: funniest part is that he's gonna get away with it and not even get in trouble for it

Good to see Onion is acting in a professional manner as a zarp headadmin.

Onion said he was sorry for the delay however he has been very busy today and working hard helping us test and release the update. He also helped you to get this money in the first place so we should thank him for that and he spent quite a while looking into it to resolve the matter. He is still looking into it with you now so I assume if he gets the details he needs to check then it will be resolved.
Nobody has been ignoring everyone on the staff team is of course very busy on the day of an update in particular the Head Admins+ and they are all doing their best.
