What Did The Staff Member(s) do?:
He basically warned me twice for no reason, then removed the warns with poor decision making and handling of the situation Some cop tased me and i killed him. i get warned by raymin boi seconds later without any explanation i talk to him and he removes my warn after saying that he "Fucked up" then afterwards he rewarns me for "nlr" which i did not have and his excuse for that was that somebody told him that i had nlr... then he removed the warn again. i was never brought to any sit nor did he ever talk to me about it he just straight up warned me.

At first glance in the clip you showed it did look like RDM, you shot someone in the head for what seems no reason. I'm with Pie, I don't think it is abuse - just a mistake as he said. I can see why you are annoyed as it was multiple mistakes which he would have learnt from I am sure! Agree he should have used a sit but he is still relatively new to staffing as a whole (this being his 2nd week EVER) and mistakes can happen and he could have forgotten.

I don't see any major action being needed here, mistakes happen and we learn from them. Just a speaking to would be fine imo.

He needs to be retrained this very poor staffing I thought you got told how to handle sits when getting trained for mod at that's how it was whenever I was getting trained

A mistake can happen once and i would've had no complaints but after it happens twice in such a short period of time is just something that's gotta be handled
