I think you should concentrate more on what he does to get the 'attitude' he clearly doesn't have.
He has been playing TTT with positive feedback from both staff and other players.
He spends his time going on teamspeak talking to others.
You don't even know what he is doing to try to improve the relationship with the whole community.

The boosterpack giveaway wasn't for the appeal as far as I know.

And I have been playing on TTT as long as I can. I've not shown any attitude even when I was banned since my last appeal, but I went on TTT anyways.

I'm not telling anyone at all to defend me. And it's also a fact that you're disliked amongst some in the community... I can't prove to everybody in the community that I've changed unless I'm given a chance to do so. Not everyone plays TTT so not everyone can see that I'm changing.

Hey Mr. Collins,

After reading through your appeal and talking to other staff / lead team members about it, i've decided to deny it. It's still to early for you to get unbanned. You've shown unacceptable behavior leading up to your ban and continued to misbehave after your ban was placed. You need to prove that you've changed your behavior over a longer time period. I recommend actively playing on other ZARP gamemodes for a few weeks and frequently engaging with the community. For now, your ban will stay. Have a good evening!
