You've shown unacceptable behavior leading up to your ban and continued to misbehave after your ban was placed. You need to prove that you've changed your behavior over a longer time period. I recommend actively playing on other ZARP gamemodes for a few weeks and frequently engaging with the community. For now, your ban will stay. Have a good evening!
