You have no proof of the player having the item you so desperately want all you have is him claiming he "has" a nano suit but no one actually knows if it's true or false or if this was in his inventory at the time of him saying what he said or not. Therefore you can't tell if this item exists and therefore he shouldn't be banned for scamming as no one knows if he ever owned a suit or if he is chatting shit

i do have a nano suit its basically all i own and what i put everything in to getting for some years of making casinos, playing cop and doing events.

when i said the thing in chat all my stuff was banked just in case and i offered him the random junk i had in my inventory when i made the offer.

it was just a joke. i didn't have to give him anything anyway. i didnt break any rules. its a gmod server i just come here for fun i dont understand why people have to take it so seriously and do these things.
