Story - i said i would give the first person to nuke my inventory then filled my inventory with junk items as a joke but he didnt want it he wanted my bank and i said no what.
Extra Information - nothing was agreed upon. no rules were specified. he didnt even nuke it got taken down instantly.

none of this falls under scamming. it was also pretty obvious that alpha and bunny were plotting against me because seconds after his nuke got destroyed i was taken to a sit where they both tried to convince me i was scamming and refused to listen to me while i got shouted at... >.>


It is not considered a scam unless money or items are lost or received. Except in the case of agreed upon coinflips, dice rolls or minigames.

Scamming is the act of stealing money, items or ZARP VIP/Booster Packs from another player through deception or trickery.

note that this is a full sentence and "deception or trickery" by itself is not a bannable offense by itself idk why they kept saying that

every time i make an appeal i get flamed or everything goes wildly off topic so can that not happen please thankyou.

If u purely stated your inventory then all u had to do was give them the items in your inventory

I've been told by a CM and an Admin that it is a scam so that's what i'm going to see it as. That is why he was banned.
