That is what I am saying Sally, guy kept saying I was gonna get demoted for not stepping in when me and several other former admins continued to say it was completely legal.

There is no rule that states that you cannot place a nuke at the edge of the map. As long as it is reachable it is completely fine.

As long as the person has some sort of ladder to get over the wall and then back out it is legal. However if not it is illegal as it is force jump.
