Gonna need to end it on short terms with Y'all
Thanks to some smart people, who think doubling a requirement on a server is a great idea, spacing time across the week is gonna be impossible to do, to give you an insight of how time is already spaced.

[Weekday] (24hrs)
Travelling from work to home and vice versa ( 3:30hrs )
Work ( 9:00hrs )
Sleep ( 8:00hrs )
24 - 20:30 = 3:30 hours a day to do the following

Cook dinner.

Do the dishes

optionally go to the doctor or the vet if any of my pet is sick.

Take care of my pets

Have fun every once in a while

expanding my knowledge in certain fields.

Learning new things

A private matter which I won't disclose

work on some projects

keep a log book of my work (for school)

Finish school

have fun with friends IRL

have fun with friends in-game.

and now use up "4 hours" on Prophunt... BEFORE FRIDAY

spend time with my family

spend time with my close friends

Babysit on my nephews every once in a while.

Exercise, train etc.

Do my hobbies.

Optionally go for Super Admin on prophunt one day

But I don't really have much of a choice but to resign now or face demotion on either (or both servers)
And of course "I have a lot of time on the weekends", but the meeting is on Friday, and I won't come home until about 2 hours before the meeting starts, so that day is useless. Saturday is a day I usually would spend on SSRP which I gotta clean up but the majority of that day is also used to do my hobbies etc.

I don't wanna resign from SSRP, but I don't wanna take Akemi's Prophunt staff away from her, as she takes it close to her.

And thanks to this "requirement" it's nearly impossible to do everything I do in a normal week for now, at least until my work for school is done, after which my days will become more relaxed and I might be able to come back.
Apologies if anyone feels called out or think I seem rather disrespectful in this post, in case you are one of those people I'm just rather sad that this was pushed forward. It's nothing personal.

We decided to put Prophunt to 4 hours for a valid reason, bering in mind, how popular that server has become now, as it max's out it's player slots very frequently, then there not being enough staff online, which has also resulted on para going on to deal with stuff, or even xnator constantly poking people to get them on the server.

4 hours in 7 days is not that hard to do which is only about 40 mins per day.

On-top of that I would not advice the smug comment at the top of the post aimed towards us in the prophunt staff team, trying to make sure the server runs properly and is kept manageable.

Life is full of sacrifices, you either make them, or you ignore and avoid them, a sacrifice i make on regular, is having about 5 hours sleep, due to being up early hours programming, weather that be for zarp, to role new content out to the servers, so the players can ENJOY their time here at zarp, or just pleasure coding.

for exercising, I once done a training session at 4am, to then wake up the next day at 8-9 to wake up for college.

A quote i will always stick by is this.
