Dont just tell me "Its Semi - Serious RP" because how can u determine whats a valid rp reason to kill someone if you dont take it from a real life aspect.

In some countries, no. And in most, you wouldn't shoot someone for having a gun, most people would report it to the police or something, if you want proper RP.

Nope. In no place in reality would that be the typical done thing. It is not self defence as they are not actually creating a danger on your life, only creating a possibility that they could become a danger. They are, at that moment, not endangering your life.
