Disclaimer: I'm making this thread due to recent rises in tension and hostility between a few staff members. These sorts of issues have always been a thing however, I hope for this thread to be used as a tool to those wanting to utilize it for their own professional and administrative work in the community.
As a staff member or as a person in any professional environment whether it be you as a staff member in a gaming community, or a worker in the office, you're expected to be able to work with all of your co-workers effectively. You don't need to like everyone, and that's definitely not expected because there will always be personal disputes and we understand not everyone will fit with one another like a jigsaw puzzle, but we all need to respect one another and be able to work with them.
Inevitably, you will run into issues with other staff members as it's only natural, however it's up to you as a staff member to handle it maturely. When you do run into issues with other staff, try to deal with it from a 3rd party stance. Don't be impulsive or aggressive with the other staff member(s), rather be calm, mature and level headed. Always try to bring the issue to the person unless it's a very hostile situation, in that case direct your attention to a lead team member to help sort out the issues. If it's too hostile to talk things out alone with one another, try to talk it out. Hear the other side out, and let them hear yours. More often than not, you'll find some common ground and settle it maturely.
