TOPIC: Prophunt & Murder staff please read <3

Putting this here makes life much easier than finding y'all to tell you about this.

As of today, two new commands have been added to both Prophunt and Murder, allowing you to put a timer for any gags or mutes that you place on a player.

The new commands are very simple:

ulx tmute
Console command: ulx tmute <user> <time> <reason>
Chat command: !tmute <user> <time> <reason>
This will mute the given user for whatever time you have specified (minutes), with the specified reason. Same as the current mute command, but it will automatically unmute them after the time given.

ulx tgag
Console command: ulx tgag <user> <time> <reason>
Chat command: !tgag <user> <time> <reason>
This will gag the given user for whatever time you have specified (minutes), with the specified reason. Same as the current gag command, but it will automatically ungag them after the time given.
