I know I have alot of Demote request for my moderator and i was wondering if i should resign from my position in the Darkrp community and be 100% on on replies

It's easy enough to improve, look towards the people who don't get demote requests, try to ask for help on situations you don't understand, and do your best to not be biased, as these are your main issues currently.

Remember all the staff are there to help you and if you can't solve a f1 don't feel bad about asking for help. If you still aren't confident as a staff member I would avoid S3 when it has no other staff on as it can be hard to manage alone.![]() Goodluck mate. |

Take into account what you've been reported for and learn from it, you will always have people trying to get you demoted so just ignore them and remember to follow the ethos and if you're unsure ask another staff member via the admin chat or Steam/TS. There is no need to resign.
