I've fucked up so much, staffing isn't appealing to me anymore. I'm just going to keep fucking up more with my indecisive and cloudy mindset, as this keeps causing me to get in trouble, as I can't just make up my fucking mind about anything. I might reapply when I've got a decent mindset, if I'm getting demoted this LT meeting, feel free to change it.

I can't deal with the shit anymore, I'm just too weak-minded to put up with it, I guess.

I don't think anyone should try and convince him out of this, as I suspect people will. He's smart enough to know if he is not in a good mindset.
