TOPIC: [TTT] Jazz's Resignation

I'm going to keep this as concicse as I can.

All in all, the staff team is a total mess; the server itself is neglected when regarding suggestions and whatnot; situations are handled poorly. When I first joined this server I saw it was a huge mess where the staff didn't rly do anything when I got rdmed etc and ignored it when I reminded them that I had a report waiting for quite a few rounds - the main difference between then and now is that back then I thought I could change it. I managed to get admin after about 3 weeks of playing, which is pretty good all things considered - I think that just about illustrates my knowledge of the game and my staffing ability/experience etc; but I feel like it's not being put to a good use in this kind of environment, what is the point in going onto a server every day and trying your damndest to keep it fun and rdm-free (usually as the only staff member on the server as most others flock to server 2 where they can avoid their responsibilities) for a server/community which is not willing to put that same effort back into its playerbase?

Overall, I'm not happy with the needless drama and pathetic handling of situations - furthermore, I do not appreciate an overall lazy approach to the servers themselves. Of course, not all people are to blame and I would hope that those who are know that they are.
This hasn't really ended up being very concise, but I am grateful to a few individuals who are/were part of the staff team and I should think that they also know who they are.

i've never really seen you ingame as i don't play TTT but i can tell you were doing an excellent job as a staff member by what you posted

This is... surprising, to say the least. Perhaps not entirely unexpected, but I didn't see this coming. I understand why you did this, though I am sad to see you - a good admin that struggled too much (I'm still unsure why you were denied the first time you applied) - leave the server on such a bad note.

It is a mess, that much is true, and whether it is entirely fixable is a different matter altogether.

Good luck with whatever you'll be doing and I hope you'll still be active in the community.

Didn't have the proper time to know you and chat with you. But seeing how much you seem to be concerned with the general attitude in TTT games, I feel sad, and sorry for you.

I hope you get back when things get less chaotic. I tend to play during the morning/afternoon. And yes, when there are no mods around, Server 1 becomes a RDM paradise. So I kinda feel you. I'm sure that things will get better really soon, it can't stay like that forever. I look forward to see you when that time comes !

Noooo, not Jazzzzzz. It is really sad to see you go, you were one of the best admins on TTT zarp, you have done a such great job, and it is true that the staff is a mess (including me).

I said the exact same thing, but I got fully kicked off the Staff team from Admin for my first warning.

Your point about suggestions not being added? That was around even when I was Admin, they just ignored them, added the ones that were the easiest/the higher ups wanted and left it. It got so bad I made a HUGE list of everything not added but promised to be added.

Better resign than waste months of time, swimming up a fucking waterfall. Good on ya Jazz.
