Sounds like you may have both a sinus infection and ear infection, you may want to go see a doctor to see if you can get some antibiotics as if you don't it may take quite some time for it to pass on its own. The sinus infection seems to be going around at the moment. Lots of people in my school and everyone in my house apart from me had / have it.
As Tyler said, you should probably go see a doctor about it 'cause both a sinus infection and an ear infection is gonna give your immune system a hard time. If you wait for it to pass naturally, you could be waiting quite some time (ear infections are kinda crappy)

Yeah I can hardly hear a thing because it sounds like I'm underwater and when I swallow my spit it pulses and hurts
