How would you handle a TS3 appeal?
I would read the appeal plus the comments to get a general idea of what happened and then i would comment down below that i will handle the appeal and speak to the teamspeak staff member as soon as possible.
Once i have spoken to the staff member that banned the player from the teamspeak and heard his side of the story i will then make a verdict on both stories.
For my verdict i always use a template so people will never get confused by the outcome of a unban appeal.
For example here is my denied template.
I have spoken with the Teamspeak Staff member who banned you and came to the following conclusion
ConclusionFrom what i have heard from the banning staff member and read in the comments you were making racist remarks even after being asked multiple times to stop and after getting kicked there for the ban was in order.May i remind you that in this community we strictly forbid any sort of racist remarks ,disrespect And discrimination.
You currently remain banned but We want you to re read the rules to prevent
this from happening again
A List of the rules will be Provided down below
TS3 Rules1 - No micspamming.
2 - No playing music unless permitted by those in your channel.
3 - Do not harass users.
4 - No recording. You can only record when another user is clearly breaking rules.
5 - Do not disturb anyone in a meeting room. You face a 1 day ban for causing disruption.
6 - Don't attempt to join private channels without permission, or meeting rooms.
7 - (INCLUDING ADMINS) Do not create private rooms. We don't have this facility at this time.
8 - No racism, discrimination, etc.
9 - Don't follow people around channels, even if it's a public channel. If they move, you don't follow them unless they want you to.
10 - Don't impersonate staff. This includes having the same name as a staff member or pretending that you are a staff when you are not.
11 - No Voice Changers / Soundboards / Excluding the Alienware SoundBlaster Pro Voice Changers

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately.
power Removal
The removal of powers is a handy way of taking away powers of resigned staff members, Temporary removal of abusive staff members,
If a staff member resigns they often keep their teamspeak powers for a long time this is eighter due to a owner not knowing or not being informed by the current TS3 staff team.
In the past we had situations where resigned staff started to use their powers to move people, kick people and even ban people some were months after their resignation some even the same day.
There was little to nothing i could do as a TS3 Moderator to prevent the Abuser from causing more harm.
My options were Kick and report to a owner on eighter steam or skype or forums.
Granting Power
The granting power is for new TS3 staff members and for those who wish to get TeamSpeak staff on their phone or any mobile device.
How i would approach a situation where i have to grant powers to a mobile device.
i would first of all move the user to a spacer and ask him or her to verify him or herself.
The verification would also mean that he or she have to repeat some of the words i tell them.
this is to prevent giving out powers to users impersonating staff members with a soundboard.
Kick Client
The kick command i use normally after giving someone multiple warnings about a rule break if they do not wish to follow our rules a kick is normally issued as a Last and final warning before a ban will be issued.
Ban Client
The ban client is a last resort to deal with a rule breaker.
If after warnings and a kick the user still decides to continue rule breaking a short ban is normally issued.
The ban length can vary from short to long. How i place my verdict on the ban length goes by following steps:
1. Has the user been banned for this before?
2. Was it Type of rule break was it, Light to serious ?
3. How was the users attitude during the rule breaks.
Those are the key features i look at when i ban a person.
What would I do different with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words).
As a TS3 Headadministrator i would automatically become a role model to the staff below me.
This does not mean that i will no longer treat them as my equals because my motto has always been to make zarp a better place together and do it with every one . There for i will still treat every one as my equal and i will not use my powers to benefit my self but only to benefit zarp as a whole.
I will be able to remove and add powers when nessecary.
I would also be able to handle appeals on the forums which are in great need some times as owners are not always available.

Why me?
Trusted
Over the course of a year and a few months i have been trusted mulitple times with higher ranks and greater powers.
This got to the point of me becoming Headadmin on the SSRP server and teamspeak staff on our TS3 Server
Dedicated
I would not class my self as addicted or obsessed with The community but more as dedicated.
My passion for the community has shown trough out the year and months that i log in even in the middle of the night to deal with a rule break on the teamspeak server.
Activity
Well this almost speaks for it self i have been logging in every day for atleast over more then 10 hours a day and am always here to help out . and even motivate the more shy users to build up a activity on our teamspeak as well.
